Jackie is a highly skilled & engaging fitness industry professional, whose infectious enthusiasm & dedication to health, well-being & fitness (combined with a friendly approachable manner) has enabled her clients to consistently reach & exceed their targets. Jackie will provide support & offer advice on lifestyle & nutrition both of which play a key role when achieving your health & fitness goals.
Jackie’s love of running only started as she approached her 40th birthday first attempting a Race for Life 5K, and within 5 years she had completed 100 marathons & became one of the few people in the South West to join the 100 Marathon Club. From couch to 5k, 10k’s, half marathons, single to multi day marathons, The Quadzilla (4 marathons in 4 days) Week at the knees (7 marathons in 7 days), various Ultra marathons from 30-50 miles, and 1 x 100 mile non-stop event. Totalling over 118 marathons in various locations home and abroad in all weathers, Jackie knows a thing or two about endurance.
This unique background has given Jackie a thorough understanding of the effort, dedication, time, and the importance of safe practice, that is required to achieve any goal in fitness, and she is fully committed to passing on her expertise, passion & zeal to her ever growing list of loyal clients.
People of all ages & abilities have benefited from Jackie’s approach; if you are looking to improve coordination & balance, improve flexibility & mobility I can help. I am able to provide advanced fitness programmes with day to day nutritional advice, or you may need a plan to help recover from an injury.
